BLK Sports are the first and sole distributor of Jarryd Hayne Apparel in Fiji.

This is after the NRL star and former NFL and Fiji 7s rugby player, Jarryd Hayne officially launched his clothing and accessories brand, Jarryd Hayne Apparel at BLK retail store in Lautoka yesterday.

The general manager BLK, Josefa Matau said the prices of clothing and accessories were very affordable and as a result attracted a good crowd.

“The sales have been great at the launch that in fact we have run out on some sizes,” Matau said.

He said the brand would be launched in their stores around the country including Labasa.

“For us Jarryd has contributed a lot in the rugby and we are very proud to be associated with him.

“As a company it is an honour for us to secure the distribution rights in Fiji,” Matau said.

BLK also reserves distributing rights for the Jarryd Hayne Apparel in Australia.

Hayne was happy with the response at the launch in Lautoka.

“We launched the brand last year, it was only online because international shipping for New Zealand and Australia was easy but pretty much anywhere outside was a bit difficult.

“It just sparked over conversation as BLK mentioned they have a few shops over here and why don’t you bring it over here.

“Now I am in negotiation for the launch of next range and how we are going to go about launching it.”

Rio Olympics gold medal winners Masivesi Dakuwaqa and Samisoni Viriviri accompanied Hayne with Pio Tuwai.

Hayne expressed his appreciation to them for their continuous support.

The Jarryd Hayne Apparel in Fiji has unleashed wide range of men’s, women’s and youth’s clothing and accessories which include T-shirts, ladies tanks, footy balls and caps in red, black and gold, in all sizes.
