For the first time, a China-based fashion competition will be coming to our shores to host its grand finale.

The top 10 finalists vying for a contract to feature in one of Asia’s top magazines, Vivi will be competing at the luxurious The Pearl South Pacific Resort, Pacific Harbour.

The winner of Overseas Final 2016 China Girl will get a one year contract for the fashion magazine which is also published in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

Pearl Resort general manager Natalie Marletta said:  “This is a great opportunity for the resort to attract tourists as many of the Asian nationals have not even heard of Fiji.

“10 contestants and 20 productions crew along with Chinese celebrities, family and friends will be staying at The Pearl Resort from October 23–30.”

The tickets for the crowning night are on sale now and the final will be held on October 29.

Tickets are F$115 per person which includes a seafood buffet, entertainment by Talei and Nem and the Rako Dance Group.

During the week there will be live broadcasts to China from the resort.
