Leiloma Gets Waidalice Top Award

Ilimeleki Leiloma is playing his best rugby in 2016.
After a stellar performance for Northland Rugby Union, he was named the Skipper Cup best player this season.
His performance was rewarded when he was named in the Telecom Fijian Warriors squad currently taking part in the Americas Pacific Challenge in Uruguay.
His Waidalice Rugby Club also rewarded him for his effort and named him the best player and also for amassing the top points during the awards night in which Northland’s businessman and Government parliamentarian Balmindar Singh was the chief guest.
Waidalice RC, comprising players from Veinuqa, Naitutu, Nakalawaca and Davetalevu villages, is the premier club Northland RU competing in the Korovou Zone.
Despite stern challenge from Wailevu, Dritabua, Navunisole and Dawasamu, they’ve defended the Tui Nawaibuta Trophy for the past three years.
