Semi-finalists of the Digicel 2016 FANCA Muslim World Cup will be decided today at Prince Charles Park, Nadi

The final eliminations of the main, veterans and masters categories will be completed today.

“It is still not clear which teams will play in the semi-finals with one solid round to play,” said FANCA organising committee media and marketing officer Javed Ahmed.

He has called in supporters to turn up in numbers for the event in the remaining two days.

In the other results Australia lost to Canada 2-0 in the Masters.

Fiji drew 2 – 2 with Canada in the main competition while USA was edged by Australia 2 – 1.

In the over 40 Fiji proved strong and edged New Zealand 1-0 and Australia lost to Canada             1-0.

In the main event USA lost to defending champions New Zealand 6-1.
