Fifteen passengers escaped severe injuries on Friday after the minivan they were travelling in was hit by an oncoming vehicle in Nadi.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said there were no serious injuries sustained by the passengers of the 15-seat vehicle which was travelling towards Lautoka.
“According to our Divisional Traffic Officer it wasn’t a serious accident and no one was seriously injured,” she said.Passengers who sustained injuries were released after treatment.
Police have requested drivers to be careful while driving.
