Students from six different schools took part in the Nasinu Zone athletics competition at the ANZ Stadium yesterday.
Nasinu athletics manager Sekonaia Tupou, said 470 students competed for a spot to represent the district in the Chow Games on November 18.
“Compared to 11 schools last year, this year we have St John’s Bosco Primary, Nasinu Gospel, Delainamasi Primary, St Joseph the Worker Primary, Kalabu Primary and Bishop Kempthorn Primary,” he said.
“With six schools we hope we can do well in the Chow Games.
“We are picking the best from the six schools and our first team bonding will be on Friday at St Joseph the Worker.” Edited by Osea Bola
