Fiji Directories Limited has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited.
This follows after the acquisition of 10 per cent shares previously held by Edward H O’Brien (Fiji) Limited.
The shares were acquired for a consideration of $1.3 million.
Fiji Directories compiles and published that Fiji Telephone Directory and providing access to it through internet.
