The High Court in Suva has discharged two men charged with rape after discontinuance (nolle prosequi) was filed by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution.
The matter was called before the judge, Justice Priyantha Fernando yesterday.
Tauyavu Marawa and Isireli Sautu were alleged to have raped a person on Totoya Island in 2013 and 2015.
