Having home grown meals in the natural way brings out the best in taste.

One of Nadi’s best iTaukei eateries – Déjà Vu Fijian Restaurant – located in the heart of Nadi Town is implementing new local cuisine to its wide range of dishes.

“This homegrown cooking style holds authentic flavours and we go to lengths to catch the produce before it goes in the pot,” said director Warren Mave.

“It is rare nowadays to get hold of cooks that have the authentic style of cooking.”
