Held at the Pakuranga Methodist Church in Auckland, the Fijian community thanked the Prime Minister for his efforts in strengthening relations with New Zealand.
Auckland Fijian community president Nacanieli Yalimaiwai also thanked the Head of Government for availing himself for engagements with the Fijian community and also informing them of the many developments in Fiji.
Minister for Agriculture, Rural and Maritime Development Inia Seruiratu spoke to the congregation on behalf of Prime Minister’s delegation.
Mr Bainimarama and his delegation return to Fiji today.
