The MHCC Diwali wear competition was a big hit.
MHCC Complex administration officer, Nitisha Chand said this year they had twice the size of the crowd compared to last year.
The competition took place at the MHCC Complex on Saturday with over 15 contestants vying to win the prizes.
“We didn’t expect the show to be this great, but it was marvellous to see the response from the public and the contestants.
“The co-ordinating team planned the event well and even though it was on a busy shopping day, people turned out to support and cheer for their favourite ones,” Ms Chand said.
The event was sponsored by MH, Vodafone Fiji and Jack’s of Fiji.
