Suva Warriors is the first team to book a spot in the Cricket Fiji’s National Men’s Championship semifinal after beating Nadi at Albert Park yesterday.

The western team batted first and scored 90 runs but were easily beaten by the Warriors when they to took the crease.

Cricket Fiji development officer Josefa Rika confirmed the other three spots will be determined today after the final round of pool matches.

“The competition is good so far, it was good to see competition from the island teams.

“The Sydney Invitation created the upset after they defeated Komo,” Rika said.

Today’s final pool rounds will see Sydney Invitation taking on Fijian Invitational, Suva Crusaders face Oneata, Komo taking on Ono-I-Lau and Moce plays Lakeba.
