Daveta Win 2 Pool Games In Singapore
The Daveta rugby sevens team won their two pool games convincingly in the SCC International 7s tournament in Singapore yesterday. The Paula Biu- managed side fielded Vodafone Fijian 7s playmaker Jerry Tuwai who combined well with Emosi Mulevoro.
In their Pool A opener, Daveta walloped InterOil Tuagus from Papua New Guinea 27-0 before they thrashed French club Froggies 31-0. They now await their final pool match against Australia’s Sunnybank to determine who they play in the quarterfinals.
