A 27-year-old who appeared before the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday has been remanded in custody.
Magistrate Waleen George remanded Jone Vakarisi who was charged with two counts of act with intent to cause grievous harm.
Vakarisi is alleged to be involved in a hit and run incident in Nabua earlier this week.
It is alleged that he had run over two students.
The case has been adjourned to November 7 for mention.
