Greg Von Litzhiem won the A-grade division of the Golden Ocean Fiji golf club weekly competition yesterday.

Litzhiem had a total of 42 stable ford points while Rajesh Raj won the B- grade with a total of 40 and Cheng Gui won the C-grade division with 45 points.

In the women’s division Agnes Mangreve won division one with 38 points while Ufemia Naisara finished in second place with 37. Mua Rawlinson won division two with 35 points.

In the junior division, Niko Reece took out first place with 39 points, Vonu Wong finished in second place with 37 and Ben Eden Saukuru finished third with 35.

Nearest to the pin in hole number two and 16 was Isei Waqa, hole number 15 was Rajesh Raj.

FGC professional Veramu Rokotavaga said the one day meet was a success.

“We had 107 participants, the day was a success despite the weather,” Rokotavaga said.

Meanwhile, the East versus West annual tournament gets underway at the Fiji Golf Club.
