Future Farms Limited, trading as Rooster Poultry, scooped the Fiji Business Excellence Prize award for their commitment to their Business strategies.

General manager Stanley Raniga said receiving the award in their  first year in the event was possible through their staff.

He said: “The tremendous effort they (people) have put in to continuously ensure that we as an organization are fully aligned to the seven stringent categories of the Business Excellence Framework.”

In addition to this, Mr Raniga added that their management team had fully absorbed this concept into their day to day dealings and processes and which had led the change that excellence brings.

This year they introduced the Quality Circle concept which gained momentum and gave greater employee engagement. Thus their excellence journey took a new turn.

“We have seen new benchmarks been set in our various areas with the alignment of the Business Excellence Framework and we are very proud to be associated with the Fiji Business Excellence Framework as we know that our never ending journey of excellence is ever evolving and changing,” said Mr Raniga.

He added this recognition shared an acknowledgement their shareholders and owners, BSP Life, and distributor CJ Patel Group.

He also showed appreciation to their Board, headed by Malakai Naiyaga, and guided by Pramesh Sharma for the genuine support in this recognition.

“I thank BSP Life for believing in Future Farms Limited and investing in a company based in the rural areas of Ba and Lautoka; by which the company directly and indirectly supports over 1,000 individuals,” said Mr Raniga.

“Let me also not forget our formidable distributor, CJ Patel, who have aggressively conquered market space for our product and this market share is still growing.”
