Lautoka and Rewa drew 1-1 in the Vodafone Premier League clash at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori yesterday.

In the second half Posiano Kalisito scored the equaliser.

Lautoka’s Peni Finau along with Rewa’s Amani Makoe and Kalisito were yellow carded.

Lautoka coach Kamal Swamy was impressed with their performance.

“The boys played well and we are better side. The next challenge is the Pacific Cup in Nadi this week.”

Meanwhile, Rewa coach Marika Rodu said they are looking forward to making their debut in the O-League.

“The O-League is a new competition for us.

“I’ve to come up with a plan and select players so that we can take a good team to Tahiti.”
