Group chairman Hafiz Khan said the substantial civil works have already been done.

“The site has been filled and compacted so as to raise the platform height,” he said.

“Sewer and water line works for Stage 1 have already been done, and road-works are now being done.

The expected completion of the subdivision development works is by early next year.  The commercial complex is expected to end by December 2017.

The building has been designed by Design Hut, a well-known architectural firm with extensive experience in designing and project development services.

The building construction works is being undertaken by Cope Construction, a reputable construction experienced in such large scaled projects.
