Fiji Roads Authority has received over 800 applications for 70 advertised positions.
This was confirmed by the chief executive officer John Hutchinson who said over 100 applications were from former employees of MWH Global New Zealand.
Mr Hutchinson said all the applicants would have to go through the proper employment process before any decision were made.
