The MV Lomaiviti Princess and MV Brianna left the Port Mua-i-Walu on Tuesday on their franchise trips.

Goundar Shipping company managing director, George Goundar confirmed to the Fiji Sun yesterday that the  Lomaiviti Princess went to on its franchise trip to Savusavu and Taveuni.

When the Fiji Sun arrived at thePort Mua-i-Walu, Walu Bay on Tuesday, all passengers were on board and it was boarding time for vehicles.

Relatives were also there to farewell passengers.

Mr Goundar said most of the passengers were going to spend Christmas at their homes.

While the Lomaiviti Princess  was boarding for Savusavu and Taveuni, the Victoria Marine Limited’s vessel MV Brianna was also boarding for its franchise run to Vanuabalavu.

Victoria Maritime Limited managing director Josateki Tagi said after this franchise run, the MV Brianna would go on a chartered trip to Oneata.
