God, A Pillar Of Success For Navneet’s Family
God has been the pillar for academic success for Navneet Prasad’s family.
The Year 8 student of Batinikama Primary School followed in his brother’s footsteps to claim the Dux prize.
Navneet is member of New Life Church and he says that based on Sunday School teachings, he had learnt to take everything to God in prayer.

“We children are so blessed because God says he loves us and will provide all our needs,” said the boy from Siberia, Labasa.
“It is very easy to pray and enjoyable to study without any pressure.
“My father, Avinesh Mudaliar, and my mother, Savitri Devi, are tirelessly working to support us.
“Seeing them sacrificing so much for me and my other two siblings, it has always encouraged me to work hard.
“My elder brother was the dux of this school and then I scooped the dux award and so it is a proud moment for me.”
Navneet wants to become an aircraft engineer.
