The Seremaia Bai-coached Fijiana XV team departed for Hong Kong yesterday for the 2017 Rugby Women World Cup qualifier.

And the former Flying Fijians pivot said as part of their preparation, the management has put a ban on mobile phones in camp.

They will play the hosts on Friday and Japan next Tuesday. The top two teams will qualify for the 2017 RWC in Dublin in August.

“This is a good opportunity for us to qualify for the RWWC and we have to instill discipline in camp. We are like one big family, they are mature adults and this is best for the team.

“But so far so good. We have to be ready and we have prepared well for this game.”
