Top personal trainer, Kris Gethin, who coaches the likes of Bollywood stars, Hrithik Roshan, John Abraham and Mahesh Babu, will hold a fitness seminar in Fiji this week.

The seminar is in collaboration with Pacific Fitness, a gym located on Denarau Island in Nadi.

Pacific Fitness director Sam Amine said gym, health and fitness clubs have grown over the past five years in Fiji, as more individuals have valued fitness as being integral to their health.

According to Mr Amine, Mr Gethin would be throwing light on various topics such as; mental preparation, perception, motivation, nutrition, supplementation and training techniques, in order to live a healthy lifestyle and to achieve the fitness goals effectively.

He said Mr Gethin’s seminar is at the Pacific Fitness Denarau on Thursday at 6pm.

Mr Gethin is the chief executive officer of Kaged Muscle Supplements, author of several books, including Bollywood by Design and The Transformer, an a trainer and transformation specialist.

His video series, The Hardcore Trainer, The Muscle Building Trainer and the 4Weeks2shred trainer have already received over 150 million views to date!
