Five-Year-Old Gets Surprise Santa Claus Visit

Little did I know that Santa was here, and this will be something she will remember, says 68-year-old grandfather Saula Roko
It will be an unforgettable experience for a Valelevu youngster who visited Tappoo City in Suva yesterday.
For five-year-old Grace Mereselita Tayocakilakeba, an audience with Santa Claus was a moment she would never forget.
Tayocakilakeba, who was accompanied to the capital city by her grandfather, Saula Roko, had never seen Santa Claus before.
68-year-old Mr Roko said his granddaughter was always keen to visit her grandparents because it had become tradition to take her out to town when she did visit them.
“This morning we had to say our morning devotions twice because we did not mention her aunt’s name and straight after, she said for us to come and see Santa, but we had no idea Santa was here,” Mr Roko said in the iTaukei language yesterday.
Mr Roko said they came to town to pay bills and buys some renovation materials.
TappooCity was a short excursion he wanted for her granddaughter to experience.
With a smile on her face and a photo taken with Santa, it was definitely a worthwhile travel from Daniva Road, Valelevu for Tayocakilakeba.
