Members of the public are requested to work with officers who are trying to maintain and control movement in Rakiraki Town and nearby areas.
Officers who have been deployed to ensuring members of the public are safe are requesting everyone to cooperate so we are able to prevent injury of loss of life during this time.
Motorists are also requested not to try and cross flooded areas.
