Tropical depression (TDO4F) has forced ship owners to reschedule their trips to outer islands.

The Tokalau Shipping Company Limited vessel Princess Civa was suppose to leave for Vanuabalavu and Cicia on Monday, but will be leaving today and its last trip to Lakeba on Friday, December 23.

Victoria Marine Limited has confirmed that the MV Brianna is still in Lakeba and will leave for Oneata on Wednesday and on Friday its chartered trip to Makadru village, Matuku.

The MV Searakino is in Kadavu.

They have advised its passengers that as soon as the vessel arrives it will leave again to take passengers to spend Christmas with their families at their villages.

For Goundar Shipping Limited the Lomaiviti Princess 3 is in Vanuabalavu and will service Vanua Levu when it arrives to Suva.

The Lomaiviti Princess 2 will leave for Koro today and the Lomaiviti Princess I to Kadavu.

The MV Uluinabukelevu left for Gau yesterday and its last Christmas trip to Nabukelevu tomorrow.
