Eleven supermodels will have their first underwater photo shoot with their glamour bella Italian-made shoes at the second South Pacific Regional Finals at the Pearl Resort, Pacific Harbour, today.

This was confirmed by the chief executive officer, World Supermodel Production, Gavin Dooloey yesterday.

Mr Dooloey said the girls weren’t aware of this. He said it would be interesting since the models had never taken an underwater photo shoot with shoes on.

He added this was to promote glamour bella shoes but most importantly, the contestants would show how to model under water.

While having their underwater photo shoot, the contestants will need to hold their breath for at least 15 to 20 seconds, while posing at the same time.

Director Terri Smith said she would do her best to ensure that everything ran smoothly during the competition.

“I look forward to this role every year because it is very challenging and I look forward to meeting the new girls. I make lifetime friends out of this pageant,” she said.

She said she enjoys the company of meeting new people and experiencing new things with people from around the world.
