Vodafone Fijian 7s coach Gareth Baber was again busy working with the squad yesterday at the Uprising Beach Resort ground in Pacific Harbour.
The Welshman was going through the basics with the squad.
He said discipline was one thing that coaches preach about, but as for the his Fijian 7s squad, coach Baber said they had tonnes of it.
The squad broke camp yesterday. Coach Baber will name the team next week for the second leg of the World Sevens Series in Wellington, New Zeland, and Sydney, Australia.
It begins in Wellington this month.
