Funds channel to improve students: Reddy

School managements have been reminded that all funds needed to be channeled towards the improvement of the students.
This was stressed by Minister for Education, Heritage and Arts Mahendra Reddy as the Guest Speaker at the Fiji Muslim League National Board of Education meeting at Nadi Muslim College in Nadi yesterday.
“We want all funds to be channelled towards the improvement of the students learning environment and enhancement of their learning,” he said.
“They need to raise student performance and as well as protect our children.”
He informed head teachers, principals and school management of the expectations of the Ministry.
“You need to raise your performance now, much more than ever before.
“School leaders have to rise up to the challenges posed now. They need to raise student performance and as well as protect our children.”
Mr Reddy said that management and school heads must work together to ensure there were no obstacles to them while delivering education.
