Former New Zealand sevens rugby star Karl Te Nana arrived in the country yesterday. He joins legendary Australian Wallabies halfback George Gregan as they await today’s arrival of Australian dual international Lote Tuqiri for the Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast 7s.
“Great to have them come over and share their experience,” Te Nana told SUNsports.
“And for us to talk to these young Fijian boys and maybe tell them of what it takes to become the best in the world.”
The big tournament kicks-off today with the Youth competition at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka.
