Hope for SODELPA

It’s funny that SODELPA tweeted on their official Twitter page: Hope is answer… Isn’t HOPE the name of a proposed new political party? Oh wait they want voters to have Hope for their party!!!

A coincidence?

The mob at Naselai near the airport appears to have gone quiet after Police intervened.

From  Novosai in Narere has come a report that another outfit, not necessarily linked to the other mob, has surfaced. The magic figure is $38.

It will start you on a job hunt that will supposedly take you overseas. It’s the same amount charged by the Naselai recruiting agency. Is it a coincidence?

Watch your mouth

Some of the passengers, especially the youths, on buses have been caught using vulgar languages.

Public transport is not a place to use such language especially with women and children on board.

Those caught should be reported to Police or at least watch their mouth.

Death stalks

Who’s next? That’s in the minds of villagers after they buried two more loved ones this week.

The two deaths, the first ones this year, bring the number of deaths to 12 in eight weeks.

The villagers’ death run is unprecedented.

At your own disposal

Early in the morning, many people take out their garbage bins to the roadside, filled with the black garbage bags for collection.

However, after they’ve done so, people pass by see the bin, and even though the bins clearly have no black garbage bags in it, they still throw their rubbish inside.

When the owners come outside to collect the rubbish bins and see the litter inside, they have to take it out, clean their bin and put that rubbish in a new black rubbish bag.

It’s a rude inconvenience for many people to go through in the mornings
