The Radisson Blu Resort Fiji prides itself on having Chantara Thai Restaurant consistently rated as one of the top restaurants on Denarau Island.
The island, off the coast of Nadi, has a total of 33 registered restaurants on the powerful social media review site, TripAdvisor.
Chantara strives to be a shining example of a restaurant incorporating tradition and innovation into the Thai cuisine.
The resort is delighted to announce a new member to its family, chef Jasmine Chawengchote, to lead the culinary team at the restaurant.
The Chantara team is looking forward to working alongside chef Jasmine and widening their knowledge of creating authentic and modern Thai cuisine.
