Hard work and sacrifice pays off for Mana Whey Fiji Coral Coast Sevens top try scorer Alosio Naduva yesterday.
The Naweni, Cakaudrove native was awarded the Jonah Lomu medal at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka after he scored seven tries for his Army team.
“I am very happy to receive the medal as it was not easy competing in this tournament,” he said.
“My aim is to play for Fiji in future and I will continue to work hard.”
In the Cup quarterfinal, Army defeated Sigatoka River Safari Yamacia 17-0 but was overpowered by Wardens 19 -9 in the semifinal.
