Friend of Fiji Media?
Facebook page of some long standing journos calls itself Friends of Fiji Media. Most of its postings are about media related matters. As they should be.
But it seems some don’t get it.
Like the fellow now shamelessly peddling the commercial products of his bosses on this site.
Maybe he thinks because his bosses own the other newspaper that gives him the right to use a media page for free advertising.
A rum deal, perhaps?
Site administrators might want to have a look at this Or maybe we should start promoting Royal Tea on the site and see what they say.
Big celebrations
The First Light Taveuni team can expect big celebrations today when the side arrives on the island. And what’s more intriguing – these boys are dalo and yaqona farmers.
They have certainly brought a lot of joy and smiles to Taveuni Islanders. We can already hear that song and famous slogan: “Eitou dau ‘ania!”
Poor drainage
The foul smell emanating from the over flooding drain near the Suva Remand Centre in Korovou STILL needs to be addressed. Who is responsible? The overflow is so bad that no one can wait at the bus stop. We can see water coming from a culvert into the drain. Who should be clearing the drain? Where is the water from the culvert coming from?
Lami Town park development
Have u seen the recent development of the new park in Lami? Amazing! Now nearing completion. Kudos to council.
