The Vodafone Fijian 7s team will face old rivals, New Zealand, in the Wellington 7s Cup quarterfinals today.
The team beat Australia 26-12, thrashed Japan 56-0 but were beaten 31-12 by South Africa in Pool play.
Our loss to the Blitzboks put us in second spot in Pool B.
The first Cup quarterfinal match kicks off at 11.38am today. Fiji take on the Kiwis at 12 noon.
Meanwhile, Nemani Nagusa was suspended yesterday for six matches after being found guilty of contact with the eyes of an opponent during their game against Australia.
