Three people from three divisions have won a trip each to Melbourne, Australia, for the Shell Motor Sports through Pacific Energy’s Fuel Up and Win Promotion.

The winners namely, Paula Mainayala from Northern Division, Mohammed Asaf Khan from Western Division and Shalen Kumar from Eastern Division were announced yesterday.

Mr Mainayala said he was happy with the win.

“This is a great opportunity all thanks to Pacific Energy,” Mr   Mainayala said.

Mr Khan also thanked Pacific Energy for the opportunity.

“I am very happy and excited for this trip,” he said.

“This is the first time for me to visit Australia and I thank the organisers for the promotion.”

Mr Kumar, a taxi driver from the Eastern Division, was also overwhelmed with the promotional win.

“When they called me, I thought it was someone trying to prank me,” Mr Kumar said.

“They then told me that I had a trip to Australia. I thank Pacific Energy for this.”

Pacific Energy Sales and Marketing Manager, Rajnesh Prasad thanked everyone for participating in the promotion.

“We have 3 lucky winners going and attending and being part of the Shell Motor Sports racing in Melbourne Australia,” Mr Prasad said.

“We decided to give this as a price because we were sponsoring the Fiji Car Club and drag races and we saw that with this sponsorship, a lot of interest was shown by the people.”

He also said: “Pacific Energy will have similar promotions in future.

“We have 179 winners in different categories in this draw and this promotion was very successful.”

He added response from the public and customers had been immense and that was the reason Pacific Energy was growing day by day.
