Amalgated Telecom Holdings Limited has announced signing a Deed of Sale and Purcahse with Mauritius Telecom Limited.
They have also signed this with MT International Ventures PCC for the sale and purchase of 100% of the share capital of Telecom Vanuatu Limited.
The transaction was subject to approval by the relevant authorities in the Republic of Vanuatu.
The parties will work towards completion on 15th March, 2017.
The ATH Group of companies comprises ATH, Telecom Fiji Limited (TFL) , Vodafone Fiji Limited, Fiji International Telecommunications Limited (FINTEL) , Fiji Directories Limited , ATH Kiribati Limited and Datec (Fiji) Limited and Its subsidiary, Datec Australia Pty Limited.
