Players Clean Up Home
The Uluinakau rugby team took time out to clean the Samabula Senior Citizen’s Home in Suva on Tuesday.
This is in preparation for the Uluinakau Rugby 7s tournament at Ratu Cakobau Park on March 10-11.
Coach Josevata Bola said helping others would boost players’ performance.
“We want to be involved more with the community and we soon will be helping in building a church in Narere,”Bola said.
“The players are happy and we believe this will help us in preparation for the Uluinakau 7s tournament in March.”
Bola said they were anticipating a tough competition next month.
“It will not be an easy to battle against some of the best 7s clubs in Fiji but we have been preparing since last year.
“We are like family and I must commend the dedication and commitment from these young players,”he said.
