God is the best judge, Sacked Pastor says

Terminated Methodist Church Minister Ropoama Nabiri yesterday did not want to make any comments but left it to God to work things out for him.
“God is the best judge,” Mr Nabiri said.
Mr Nabiri was terminated from the Methodist Church for serious breaches of the church’s regulations and code of conduct.
Yesterday he confidently told the Fiji Sun newspaper that God was the best judge for all the chaos that was happening around him.
“The battle is not mine, it’s the Lord’s,” he said.
Mr Nabiri is in a fasting and prayer season and said he would talk to the media once this was over.
“Let the people talk and say whatever they wished to,” he said.
Mr Nabiri was last month terminated and his recognition as Minister of the Word, Sacrament and Pastoral Care in the Methodist Church was withdrawn.
Church president, Reverend Tevita Banivanua, said Mr Nabiri was now a member under pastoral care from the minister of the circuit in which he resided.
Police also confirmed that investigation was still ongoing about Mr Nabiri’s alleged self-proclaimed prophecies targeting certain politicians and religion.
