The Communications Fiji Limited board announced yesterday that its chairman Matt Wilson, would continue his service to the company till 2018 annual general meeting.
Managing director, William Parkinson would succeed Mr Wilson as chairman.
In April, Mr Parkinson will assume the new role of executive director.
Thelma Savua has also been appointed as an independent director.
Ms Savua has wide commercial experience specialising in human resource management and has been in executive positions previously.
