Basics First For Wardens Women

The Warden 7s women work on polishing their skills level as they prepare for the 41st Fiji Bitter Marist 7s on March 24-25 at the ANZ Stadium.
The team finished as runners up last year and Coach Lemeki Koroi said they were working on the basics to strengthen their game.
“Our main weakness is our basics and we need to play it right in order to be competitive this year,’’the former national rep said.
“We are thankful to the support we are getting from our fans and Fiji Corrections families. We will feature for the second time in the Marist 7s this year.”
Koroi also confirmed that Telecom Fijiana reps Reijieli Daveiua and Vaiti Waqatabu have yet to make their decision in joining the side.
“We will wait for their decision and if they not coming then we have capable replacements.
“I’ve much confident in these girls they will be able to deliver on the day,” he added.
“We are looking forward to the tournament.”
