Businesswomen are more willing to implement systems and controls in their companies and do it in a more effective manner says Mereseini Vuniwaqa.

The Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation made this statement while launching Natural Fiji Asia at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva last night.

Natural Fiji Asia trading as Natural Fiji (HK) PTY Ltd is Organic Earth Fiji’s subsidiary and owned by well-regarded businesswoman, Geeta Reddy. This new subsidiary will be based in Hong Kong with a warehouse and distribution centre.

Ms Reddy began her business, Organic Earth Fiji, in 2009. It manufactures hundred per cent coconut-based products and has since grown in the region.

Ms Reddy said it was the hard work of her team that made the company reach such a milestone.

Mrs Vuniwaqa said: “The new market you are launching today speaks volumes of your strong leadership and the commitment and hard work of your team of employees.”

Natural Fiji (HK) PTY Ltd will be headed by director Micheal Leung.
