Raising grievances at the Prime Minister’s Office has been made easier.
This was after the unit that deals with customer complaints was relocated from Walu Bay to the main office at Government Buildings. The same building where the Prime Minister’s Office is located.
Permanent Secretary Yogesh Karan said Walu Bay was an isolated area and it proved difficult for the public to access.
