Experience:
Mr Mudaliar joined Tanoa Skylodge as sous chef in June 9 2016.
He brings a lot of experience with him. He started his career at Novotel Nadi in 2010 before moving to Trans International Hotel (2011-2013).
He joined Beachcomber Island Resort from 2014-2015. He moved to Vaima Polynesian Restaurant in Raratonga, Cook Islands (2015-2016).
Background:
Originally from Yako in Nadroga. Completed his high school education at Korovuto College.
Joined Fiji National University to complete Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery Stage III and II from 2009 -2010.
In 2015 he joined Australia Pacific Technical College (APTC) to complete their certificate in Commercial Cookery.
He carries lot of knowledge of Fijian cooking.
He has shared with us his creamy garlic prawns with turmeric risotto rice recipe. Give it a try at home, it looks delicious.
