New Net Yasawa vow to better their performance at the 41st Fiji Bitter Marist 7s on March 24-25 at the ANZ Stadium, Suva.

The team lost to Tabadamu Blues the Cup final last year.

“Preparations have been good and we managed to get the team into the camp last weekend,” team manager Tom Bruce said.

“We know the challenge ahead especially playing against teams like Tabadamu Blues.”

Bruce is hoping three Vodafone Fijian 7s reps Kalione Nasoko, Vatemo Ravouvou and Waisea Nacuqu will join them.

“I am hopeful their availability will be a big boost for the players in our team,” Bruce said

Formerly known as the Yasawa Stingers, the team is based in Lautoka.
