General manager Silvano Dressino, who has been with the Marriott group for 21 years, said of every hotel he had been to, “This one is just special.”
With the location and its beautiful and untouched environment, it’s a stunning place, he said.
Mr Dressino started with the resort at the end of October last year. For him what’s important is: to have the right talent, find the right people, having to look for the right skills and attitude at the right time for the right job.
“Our mission is to create well customer moments and making customers happy,” he said.
