Tomasi Rokodravu leads the charge as the current executive culinary Sous Chef at the Lagoon Resort’s The Casino restaurant.
He also holds the acting executive chef role for the property, located near the riverbank at Pacific Harbour.
Mr Rokodravu has vast experience in the culinary industry after he rose among the ranks.
His began his career at the Mantarae Restaurant (Fine Dining), at the Pearl Resort in 2007.
He then joined Wicked Walu Restaurant, Warwick Fiji Resort and Spa as a Commis Chef.
In 2014 he joined the Uprising Fiji Beach Resort as Chef de Partie before moving on to take the Executive Sous Chef at the Lagoon Resort (Pacific Harbour) in 2016.
