Sorovi: Spiritual Preparation Is The Key

Queen Victoria School will face Ratu Kadavulevu School in the final of the Under-15 of the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby League.

Yesterday, QVS thrashed Lautoka Muslim College 56-0 in the first semifinal before RKS outclassed Nasinu Secondary School 22-4 in the second semifinal.

QVS manager Jolame Sorovi was impressed with his players performance during the semifinal.

“I thank the Lord Almighty for giving us the strength and power to enable us to score a big margin against Lautoka Muslim College,” he said.

“I’m excited about the win because of our preparations, which I can say was up to par and we did not only prepare our side mentally or physically but we worked on our spirituality as well.

“That was our greatest strength.”

RKS coach Tana Dianirova is confident that they could give QVS a good challenge in the final.

“I thank our supporters especially the parents and old boys for coming out in numbers today.

“We will try our best against QVS despite knowing the fact that they are the top team in this grade,” Dianirova added.
