Carpenters Finance Opens Sigatoka Business Centre

Customer accessibility is one of Carpenters Finance goals and this is evident when it opened its new Sigatoka Business Centre yesterday.
Carpenters Finance, a division of Carpenters Fiji Limited, has expanded their business to Sigatoka with the opening of their ninth business centre.
They also have plans in the works for more business centres to reach all Carpenters Finance customers in Fiji.
Director WR Carpenters (SP) Group and general manager Carpenters Finance Alok Mishra said: “This business centre will now make financial services more accessible to the people of Sigatoka as we provide a wide range of financial products and services.
“Residents of Sigatoka do not need to go all the way to Lautoka or Nadi to experience professional service, friendly staff and accessibility to all their range of products.
“We feel that we have the right mix of financial products that will largely assist the people of Sigatoka in improving the standard of living.
“Our financial products like hire purchase, personal loan, auto finance, home improvement, SME loan, money link and travel finance will give the opportunity to our loyal customers in Sigatoka for which they have been waiting for years.
“With values like friendly customer service, quality processing, quick approvals and competitive rates carpenters finance aims to provide ease of service and convenience to customers Fiji wide.
“We have been planning on opening a business centre in Sigatoka for a while now as there is significant growth in our customer base in Sigatoka.”
Sigatoka Town Council chief executive officer Tulsi Ram congratulated Carpenters on venturing to their township.
He said: “On behalf of the customers in Sigatoka this is good sign to expand the business.
“This will reduce the expenses footed by the customers and the services have been brought to their door steps.”
Sigatoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry executive Bob Kennedy said: “Sigatoka lives unto its name as a sunny place it’s a destination area valuable in Fiji with the development happening in our coast makes it more significant than anywhere else.
“MH and Carpenters has been an anchor for shopping and trading. We have a purpose and with their plans we will see things take shape.”
