The Cicia cricket side secured their second win after defeating Kabara by one run during the 2017 Easter Tournament at Albert Park, Suva yesterday.

After losing to Brisbane Thunder on their second round of competition by 15 runs, Cicia regrouped and put on a gutsy performance against Kabara in the third round of competition. Kabara batted first and were all out for 80 runs while Cicia then batted and scored 81 runs.

Meanwhile, Oneata have a high chance of qualifying to the quarterfinals following their unbeaten run in the tournament. In the first day Oneata beat Ono-i-Lau by four runs before they upset defending champions Suva Warriors by 10 runs.

In other results yesterday, Invitation beat Namuka-i-Lau by one run, Nasinu beat Suva Warriors by 55 runs while Brisbane Thunder defeated Komo by 50 runs.
